No Refund Policy

• All payments made for mock tests, chapter-wise tests, full-portion tests, or any other services on our platform are non-refundable.

• Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• As our services are digital in nature, there is no cancellation option once a test or subscription has been purchased.

• Users can choose not to renew their subscription once it expires, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

• Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount.

• Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from the user’s bank account but the service is not activated, we will verify the payment and issue a refund if required.

How to Request a Refund (Only for Exceptions)

2. Provide details such as the transaction ID, payment receipt, and issue faced.

3. Our team will review the request and process the refund (if applicable) within 10 business days.
